All orders are shipped standard or express depending which option you have chosen at checkout. We ensure that all orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our Sydney warehouse and come with a complete door to door tracking which require a signature upon delivery. All orders received by 10 am Monday - Friday will be shipped out on the same day otherwise your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse the next business day.

Australia

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $150.

New Zealand

Orders over $1000 NZD will be subject to customs & import duties which are pre-calculated upon checkout.

Please note that if you request the signature to be removed from your shipment, OMRAY Swimwear or the couriers are not liable for the shipment being lost or stolen. 

OMRAY Swimwear is not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked at the checkout point. If you do not provide the correct shipping address, we are not required to refund. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALISING AN ORDER.

If shipping is delayed, OMRAY Swimwear or the courier does not refund shipping costs.

Please note OMRAY Swimwear is not responsible for customs charges nor local taxes due to International shipment. Make sure you research about your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. However orders within Australia are NOT subject to taxes.
