We accept returns for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping & return charges) if you return this to us within 14 days of receiving your order. As we are a small boutique our products are made in small quantity so you have 14 days from the date you received your order to lodge a return request.

When you choose a refund to a store credit when returning your item, you'll receive your refund amount plus an extra 15% Bonus as a thank you for shopping with us.

Items must be returned unworn within 14 days. Items must be in the same condition they were received in, unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached including all packaging.

Please try on your swimwear with underwear on.

Please ensure you are not wearing makeup or deodorant whilst trying our pieces on, that can mark our clothing. This will result in your return being rejected.

We have the right to refuse any returns that come back to us not following our guidelines and hygiene standards or in the condition that they weren't delivered to you in.

Faulty? We'll always make it right with a full refund.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours. If by the time you process your return, the product you desire isn't available anymore you can always choose an other one and lodge an exchange request or you will be issued with a store credit. If you do not respect our return conditions, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense. 

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning their product/s. Once you have reached us by email at info@omrayswimwear.com please take your parcel to your nearest post office location and allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued, store credit takes up to 48 hours only and will be emailed to you as a gift card.

All items on sale can not be returned but any item purchased with a discount greater than 10% are valid for a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. 

At OMRAY Swimwear we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.

Sale Periods 

During our Sale Periods please allow us 5-7 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.

Please note once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the current order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned. Make sure you check your cart items carefully before proceeding to the checkout page.
