Returns Policy
We accept returns for change of mind, style changes and size changes in exchange for a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
As we are a small boutique our products are made in small quantity so you have 30 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours. If by the time you process your return, the product you desire isn't available anymore you can always choose an other one and lodge an exchange request or you will be issued with a store credit. If you do not respect our return conditions, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning their product/s. Once you have reached us by email at info@omrayswimwear.com please take your parcel to your nearest post office location and allow up to 10 business days for your store credit to be issued.
All items on sale can not be returned but any item purchased with a discount greater than 10% are valid for a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase.
At OMRAY Swimwear we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning and we do not accept any refunds.
Sale Periods
During our Sale Periods please allow us 5-7 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.
Please note once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the currrent order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned. Make sure you check your cart items carefully before proceeding to the checkout page.
